Why there is no price list on this page
Because the honest answer is that commodity hosting is cheap and getting cheaper, and if hosting is genuinely all you need, you should buy it from a commodity provider. We would rather tell you that than sell you a marked-up reseller account.
What we charge for is the engineering relationship above it: knowing your system, holding its history, and being reachable when something breaks at an awkward moment. Hosting is bundled into that. It is not a product we sell on its own.
Where your data lives, and how you leave
On standard components, in standard formats. Ask for a full export of your site, database and configuration at any time and you will get it, along with help moving the domains. No penalty, no delay, no negotiation.
